All consultations with the nurse take place by appointment. You can see our nurses for both short and longer consultations, depending on your needs. The only condition is that you are registered in our fixed-fee system.

The nurse, together with the doctors, also provides follow-up care for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, chronic bronchitis, COPD, high blood pressure and kidney conditions.

Our nurses also work together with your doctor to keep your personal prevention file up to date.

Out-of-hours nursing service

Our nurses are available by phone 24/7 on the following number: 013 66 66 55

Outside working hours, choose option 2. You will then be connected to the nurse on duty.

During the out-of-hours nursing service, it is not possible to make an appointment or to get a prescription for medication. For urgent medical questions, you can contact the out-of-hours general practice service.

Home nursing care, after surgery or a hospital stay

If you need home nursing care, for example after a hospital stay or at the request of a specialist or general practitioner, the practice will arrange this for you.

Please take action in time:

Contact us by phone: 013 66 66 55 .
Outside working hours, choose option 2 for the nurse on duty.
Please provide your name, address and phone number. Also let us know what care is needed and from when it should start.
If you are admitted to hospital, please inform the hospital in time that you are registered with Medisch Huis ’t Rondpunt and that your home nursing care will be provided through our practice.

If you are admitted to hospital, please inform the hospital in time that you are registered with Medisch Huis ’t Rondpunt and that your home nursing care will be provided through our practice.

If the hospital arranges external home nursing care for you, this will NOT be reimbursed by your health insurance fund. Because you are registered with Medisch Huis ’t Rondpunt, you are required to use our nurses for home nursing care. So please let the hospital know in time that you will receive home nursing care through Medisch Huis ’t Rondpunt. This prevents external home nursing care from being arranged by the hospital and helps you avoid unnecessary costs.
