Our general practitioners
All consultations with the doctor are by appointment. You can book an appointment online yourself, directly in the doctor's schedule. The only requirement is that you are registered in our flat-rate system.
Regular Consultation with the Doctor
The doctor takes the necessary time to focus on your overall health and general well-being. Preventive measures may also be discussed.
Your general practitioner listens to you and examines you. Additional tests, such as blood tests or an electrocardiogram, may be required. These tests will be performed by the nurse. Therefore, it is important to visit the practice in Laakdal or Geel for your consultation.
Telephone consultation with the doctor
You can also book a telephone consultation with our doctors. The doctor will call you. (The time the doctor contacts you may differ slightly from the scheduled time.)
Infection or short-complaint consultation
This is a brief consultation of approximately 10 minutes for an acute complaint that the doctor can address within ten minutes. You can bring one complaint or one specific question for one person.
Duo consultation
The doctor and nurse work together to assist you optimally. Each brings their own expertise to provide a quick and efficient approach.
Home visits by doctors
Since better diagnostic and treatment options are available at the practice, we advise you to visit the practice whenever possible. If you are unable to come to the practice, you can request a home visit by phone between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
Doctor call times
Doctors are available for phone calls on weekdays from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. During these times, you can call to request a prescription or discuss test results (e.g., blood tests).
You can, of course, ALWAYS contact the general practitioners by phone for urgent matters. The medical secretariat is available by phone throughout the day and is always ready to answer your questions.
