Becoming a patient at Medisch Huis ’t Rondpunt

Would you like to become a patient with the general practitioners of Medisch Huis ’t Rondpunt? Then registration in our fixed-fee system is necessary. This means that payment is arranged directly between your health insurance fund and our practice. You do not pay anything yourself for a consultation with the general practitioner or for a home visit. You also no longer need to submit any documents to your health insurance fund for this.

Nursing care and support from our social service are also included. It is important, however, that your registration with your health insurance fund is fully in order.

Once you are registered, you can receive medical care, nursing care and support from our social service in both Laakdal and Geel.

During this conversation, we explain how the fixed-fee system works. Together, we look at what this means for you and your situation, and whether joining our practice is a good choice for you. There is also room for all your questions. This way, you know clearly in advance what to expect.

During the intake consultation:

• you receive information about how our practice works and about the fixed-fee system
• we listen to what is important to you in your care
• our nurse explains the parts of our way of working that apply to you
• we look together at whether our practice fits your needs

When you decide to register in the fixed-fee system:

• we check whether your registration with your health insurance fund is in order
• we complete the agreement together, which you then sign
• we update your file, so that our doctors and nurses can start working with the right information

This way, we make sure that your possible transition to our practice goes smoothly.
